i fetch yaya go back her hometown..

i drive my 2035 bubububu~ go there...

but the road is very SSSSSCCCCC like a "Initial D""Chao Ming Shan"....

average 2 seconds wan conner...

the road is very dark n very dangerous...

i think if i drive 4 few times i think i can go 2 drift..hahaha^^...

i can battle v ah liang hahaha

so surpires segamat got cafe..i dreaming if i hometown got cafe is so good...

2day raining i like tis weather n nw temperature is very comfortable...

2day dinner yaya's dad cook 4 we the "mamitte chicken" is very nice i like it mnmnmnmnmn~~

we 2mr morning wan go back 2 mlk la..bcu 2mr we wan makeup "Xuan mei mama"..

next time i wan come segamat again..i like here bcu here is yaya's hometown feel so warm...

here very relax just like i having my holiday here..

i can rest very well here...

i like segamat but i also like my hometown mlk la..

bcu mlk is a nice place here also la..

食道胃酸逆流異常(gastroesophageal reflux disorder, GERD)，顧名思義，即胃酸不正常逆流回食道的現象。病人典型症狀為飽食後心口灼痛(heartburn)及酸水反流(regurgitation)感覺。

胃酸逆流進入食道，久而久之，會造成食道發炎(esophagitis)、侵蝕(erosion)或潰瘍(ulcer)，造成病人以上程度不等的症狀。之後更嚴重者可能會形成食道狹窄(stricture)，病人會漸感吞嚥困難(dysphagia)。而更嚴重者甚且會造成食道黏膜變性，如巴氏食道(Barrett's esophagus)，它是導致食道惡性病變的前身。所以切勿掉以輕心。

在食物方面，高脂肪食物、巧克力、薄荷、咖啡、及洋蔥會降低LES壓力加重逆流症狀；而可樂、啤酒、牛奶、柳橙汁及蕃茄汁都會刺激胃酸分泌惡化病情。抽煙則會合併LES壓力降低及刺激胃液分泌而加重症狀。
